I think I could probably make a whole meme about mormon weddings/brides alone.
I went to pick out some makeup and the salesgirl was like, “you’ve been engaged THREE MONTHS?!?!”
I wanted to say, “honey, I have friends who were engaged for three weeks.”
im-only-here-for-the-food asked: Couple of tips form my Marriage Prep Institute class: Make sure you & your parents have your temple recommend. Give your marriage license to your mom (so you don't forget or loose it.) Don't stress about anything (cake, decorations, etc) the most important part of the day is what happens in the Temple. Make sure you eat breakfast/beforehand.
